The Thirty-Second District PTA serves all of the Councils of Contra Costa County, CA. There are six councils, of which Bayside is one. They support us with training and advice. A PTA district is a subsidiary organization in a designated geographical area, established by the California State PTA to facilitate the administration of the affairs of the California State PTA and the carrying out of its program. California State PTA is affiliated with the National PTA.
